Have you ever thought about what it is you were meant to do with the time you have been given? Time is so linear, we can only use it and never get it back. It is a commodity that once used can no longer be consumed again, but can be relived at any point. It cannot be stopped as it is always moving forward, but can best be understood when looking backwards.
I mean we are blessed with 60 seconds every minute,
60 minutes every hour,
24 hours in 1 day,
7 days in 1 week,
52 weeks in 1 year.
That is 3,600 seconds in 1 hour,
86,400 seconds in 1 day,
604,800 seconds in 1 week, or
31,449,600 seconds in 1 year.
Time seems to be that of quantity, but I cannot guarantee that I will see all of those seconds at any point in time. We are so consumed with lack of time and how there are not enough hours in a day- really? Since when is 86,400 seconds not enough to accomplish something of value and worth? I would like to challenge myself and those of you who stumble upon this post to use your seconds wisely and on purpose- live in the present moment.
